If you would like to reserve a specific video for a future training session, we will attempt to accommodate your needs. Schedules change, we realize, but please try not to keep videos and other materials that are not being used.

The use of the materials in the Lending Library is a service provided to JPIA member agencies only. The materials are not available to non-members; such use may violate copyright laws.

To borrow library materials, receive employee handbooks or other items listed in this catalog, you may either call the Lending Library Voice Mail at the phone number listed above, fax, or e-mail your request, or drop by the ACWA/JPIA office.

If videos include employee handbooks, please specify the number desired (i.e., one per employee being trained). If videos include Facilitator Guides, these will be automatically included.

Please return via UPS or any other traceable shipping method, all Lending Library materials along with the video evaluation form within 10 days of receipt. Be sure to include any Facilitator Guides which accompanied the video, as well as any unused handbooks.
