ACWA JPIA is recruiting a Member Services Representative II to join our Member Services team. The candidate will work under the general supervision of the Director of Pooled Programs and will assist members in selecting and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage; explain and answer questions regarding coverage programs; assist members in application for participation in coverage programs; prepare insurance coverage comparisons; and establish and maintain JPIA insurance program and member files. The salary range for the position is $90,403 – $135,604.  Position Profile.
