Member Services Representative II

ACWA JPIA is recruiting a Member Services Representative II to join our Member Services Department. The candidate will work under the general supervision of the Director of Pooled Programs and will be responsible for assisting members in selecting and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage; explaining and answering questions regarding coverage programs; assisting members in application for participation in coverage programs; preparing insurance coverage comparisons; and establishing and maintaining JPIA insurance program and member files. The salary range for the position is: $93,114 – $139,672. Find more information on the position here: Position Profile.
