Risk Control Advisor and/or Senior Risk Control Advisor

ACWA JPIA is recruiting for two new team members: Risk Control Advisor and/or Senior Risk Control Advisor, depending on education and experience. The candidates will work under the direction of the Risk Control Manager to provide risk management services to members – one position in northern California and one in the San Diego area. The Advisor conducts general on-site risk management inspections to assess conditions affecting safety, risk control, loss prevention with emphasis on significant loss areas and advises corrective actions, along with training on operations topics and safety issues. Position Profile.

Communication and Outreach Specialist

ACWA JPIA is recruiting for a Communication and Outreach Specialist. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources and Administration and will perform a variety of duties related to external communications to ACWA JPIA members. This position is responsible for providing accurate, comprehensive, and systematic external communications about the programs, functions, and activities of ACWA JPIA; developing and disseminating information and communications about services, resources, and areas of general interest to members through a variety of communication methods; and performing photographic and layout design work. Position Profile.
