The JPIA’s Property Program is a highly cost-effective method for members to protect their physical assets, such as buildings and infrastructure, vehicles, and equipment. Like the Liability Program, the Property Program’s Memorandum of Coverage eliminates the need for multiple and often conflicting or redundant commercial policies.
