Payment Options

Fees

$150 for one day (Tuesday or Wednesday) or $275 for both days.

Registration fee includes deluxe continental breakfast, buffet lunch, breaks, course instruction and materials for two (one-day) or four (two-day) JPIA Training courses. Parking at the hotel is free for daily attendees, $18 for overnight parking for hotel guests.

Register using the online form, then you will be prompted to complete your payment online using a credit card or by check. Or, you may select to mail a check to ACWA JPIA Finance Dept. PO Box 619082, Roseville, CA 95661-9082. Please submit payment no later than September 30, 2025, or your seat is subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please contact training@acwajpia.com immediately so we can assist with refunds and/or identifying a replacement participant.

If you cancel by September 30, 2025, the entire amount can be refunded. After that date, please attempt to fill the space with another participant from your agency since changes, no-shows, or cancellations after October 1, 2025, will not be eligible for any refund from JPIA.

If paying for multiple attendees, please email training@acwajpia.com to indicate the name of the attendees, date of the payment, and name of person submitting payment or cardholder.
