No Cost Training for JPIA’s EAP Members

Members of the JPIA’s Employee Assistance Program have access to  seminars and trainings from Anthem, to make it a little easier to reach out to staff and management to address health, wellness, and work-life balance issues. These offerings tackle everything from substance use and bullying to retirement planning and communication skills. There are also special leadership-focused topics, like managing change, fostering inclusion, and delegating. Bulli Ray has excellent online and on-site training on Occupational Dog Bite Prevention. Onsite ODBS training classes are hosted at your location for your employees. Rural Community Assistance Corporation – non-profit organization offering free training and technical assistance on a variety of topics to small, rural districts.
